On this page, you can find separate links to pay your Village of Wheeling water bill, parking or compliance tickets, and redlight tickets. Each of these online payment services offer an efficient and easy way to make your payments. The Village of Wheeling hopes you find these services convenient and easy to use. Pay Your Water Utility Bill through our NEW Online Payment Portal BS&A Payments

The Village of Wheeling is pleased to announce the launch of BS&A Payments, a new service that provides greater flexibility for viewing and paying water bills. Please note: the old InvoiceCloud online water bill payment system is no longer available, and we cannot transfer user information from it to the new BS&A Payments website. 

The new service through BS&A Payments allows customers to view bills, check balances, sign up for email notifications and reminders, make payments and enroll in paperless billing. Customers can create an account to schedule one-time or recurring payments (or enroll in Wheeling Direct Pay (ACH), but you can also pay your water bill online without creating an account.

Pay Your Parking/Compliance Tickets 

The Village of Wheeling works with DACRA to accept parking and compliance ticket payments. Pay your parking or compliance ticket online with your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You must have your ticket # or license plate # to make a payment. There will be a $3.95 service fee for each transaction.


Pay Your Parking/Compliance Ticket That Has Been Sent to Collection  

The Village of Wheeling works with MCSI to accept payments for parking and compliance tickets that have been forwarded to collection thru https://www.mcsipayments.com/. They accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. You must have your ticket # or license plate # to make a payment. There will be a $3.95 service fee for each transaction.
 
This website does require you to setup an account using the account number provided on the collection letter that has been sent to you by MCSI. If you can't find your account number or have trouble activating your account, then please call Municipal Collection Services, Inc. at 844-627-2658 to obtain it.    

Pay Your Redlight Tickets

The Village of Wheeling works with RedSpeed to accept redlight ticket payments through redlightviolations.com. View your violation or pay your redlight ticket online (https://secure.redlightviolations.com/) with your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. You must have your notice number and license plate number to make a payment. There will be a $3.50 service fee for each transaction.

Pay Your Miscellaneous Receivables

The Village of Wheeling works with BS&A Payments to accept Business License payments and Miscellaneous Receivable payments payments for invoices related to business licenses, false alarms, insurance payments, invalid assists and other miscellaneous invoices.  In order to make a payment online, you will need to have the invoice which contains your account number.

Pay Your Metra Parking Fees

Pay Your Restaurant and Eating Tax

The Village of Wheeling has contracted with Avenu Insights and Analytics to provide administration of the Places for Eating 1% tax beginning with tax period May 2021. Avenu Insights will provide taxpayers with support for return filing, payment, compliance, and general support for your tax filing needs. Tax ID numbers will be required to set up online payment accounts. Payments may be made online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards at www.salestaxonline.com .

Fire Department CPR Classes

CPR Classes are held several times throughout the year at Fire Station 24, 499 South Milwaukee Avenue.
