Welcome to the Village of Wheeling’s electronic payment page. On this page, you can find separate links to pay your Village of Wheeling water bill, parking or compliance tickets, and redlight tickets. Each of these online payment services offer an efficient and easy way to make your payments. The Village of Wheeling hopes you find these services convenient and easy to use. VOW_Water_Payment Pay Your Water Utility Bill

Pay your Wheeling Utility Bill online with your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. You must have your account number and service address to make a payment. Please note that at this time, our eGov system does not allow for the "auto-pay" feature. We will work to incorporate this into future versions of the software.
Currently, we can only accept one-time payments. There is no additional charge to use our eGov system. 

 Pay Your Parking/Compliance Tickets

New software is now available that allows you to pay your parking or compliance tickets using your cell phone or tablet. If you would still like to use your home computer to pay your ticket online, please make sure to use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Internet explorer currently does not work with this software. Click here for instructions on how to navigate the website.

The Village of Wheeling works with MSI to accept parking and compliance ticket payments. Pay your parking or compliance ticket online with your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You must have your ticket # or license plate # to make a payment.  There will be a $3.00 service fee for each transaction. 

MCSI is currently working on new software that will become available in the coming months.  Thank you for your patience.  We look forward to providing you with a better option to pay your ticket.

 VOW_Parking_Ticket  Pay Your Parking/Compliance Ticket That Has Been Sent to Collection

In order pay your parking or compliance tickets online, you must be using Internet Explorer and a desktop computer. Attempting to open the website using your cell phone, tablet, Google Chrome or Firefox applications may result in errors. 

The Village of Wheeling works with MCSI to accept payments for parking and compliance tickets that have been forwarded to collection thru  They accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. You must have your ticket # or license plate # to make a payment.  There will be a $3.00 service fee for each transaction.
This website does require you to setup an account using the account number provided on the collection letter that has been sent to you by MCSI. If you cannot find your account number or have trouble activating your account, then please call Municipal Collection Services, Inc. at 844-627-2658 to obtain it. 

VOW_Redlight_Payment Pay Your Redlight Tickets

The Village of Wheeling works with RedSpeed to accept redlight ticket payments through View your violation or pay your redlight ticket online with your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. You must have your notice number and license plate number to make a payment. There will be a $3.50 service fee for each transaction.

VOW_MetraParkingApp_Payment_Button Pay Your Metra Parking Fees

The Village of Wheeling works with Passport to allow payments through the PassportParkingApp, available for both the IOS and Andoid phones.  Just search your favorite app store for Passport Parking.  You can also pay for your Metra parking space from the comfort of your own home by clicking here.  Metra train schedules from Wheeling to Chicago and instructions on how to pay with your phone are available on our website here.
 VOW_Parking_Ticket  Pay Your Restaurant and Eating Tax

Pay your monthly Wheeling Restaurant and Eating Tax online with any major credit card or by e-check using your bank account information.  The Illinois Epay system works with all major web browsers.  Just click the link, select make a one-time payment, complete the tax return form on the website, and then make your payment.   Or create an account and make your payments online every month.
