Project Information
This Project Includes: Annual Village-wide Street Improvement Program provides for the resurfacing or, when necessary, the reconstruction of existing pavements according to a 5-year plan that is reevaluated and adjusted on an annual basis. Streets are selected for improvement based on existing conditions and scheduling of cost effective rehabilitation strategies.
Project Limits: Meadowbrook West Subdivision, E. Jeffery Avenue, Marvin Place, Capitol Drive, Suncheon Drive, Gangnam Drive.Project Schedule: TBD

The final surface course of asphalt is scheduled to begin on streets west of Schoenbeck on October 17th. Additional paving information will be provided once available.

Asphalt paving in Meadowbrook East subdivision is schedule for July 20th and 21st.

Asphalt grinding to take place in Meadowbrook East Saturday between 7am and 5pm. Restoration work in Meadowbrook West is ongoing. Sidewalks, and storm sewer box-outs are being poured in Old Town and Meadowbrook East today.

Asphalt grinding and tack coating in Meadowbrook East Subdivision is scheduled to start on Friday, July 14th weather permitting.

Asphalt grinding and tack coating in Meadowbrook West Subdivision, Capitol Drive, Suncheon Drive and Gangnam Drive has been completed. Paving of Capitol Drive, Suncheon Drive and Gangnam Drive is scheduled for July 5th. Paving of Meadowbrook West Subdivision is scheduled to July 6th and 7th weather permitting.

Asphalt grinding is scheduled for June 28th and June 29th in Meadowbrook West Subdivision and Meadowbrook Lane. Paving operation will start on Saturday or Monday.
6/26/17
The contractor finished pouring all the curbs in Meadowboork East and West subdivisions. Residents on Virginia and Park should have access to their Driveways on Monday evening, June 26th.
On Monday, June 26th, the contractor will be working on curbs on Highland Avenue, Sunrise Drive, Wille Avenue, Center Avenue, and Park Avenue.

Curbs, sidewalk, and other concrete work continues in Meadowbrook East and West.
5/30/17
Curbs, sidewalk, and other concrete work will start on May 30th, at 7:30 am. The contractor will remove the designated areas of deteriorated curb on one side of the street at a time, as to lessen the need for on street parking while these affected residents are out of their driveways for the next 4-7 days.
During construction, street parking will be allowed per posted signs.

Curbs, sidewalk, and other concrete work is scheduled to start on June 1st. Temporary driveway access interruptions may be experienced, however, prior notifications will be made.
During construction, street parking will be allowed per posted signs.
