Usher in the Holiday Season as Lights Around Wheeling returns Sunday, November 20th at Friendship Park at the Northeast corner of Dundee Road and Milwaukee Avenue.  Festivities are scheduled to begin at 4:30pm and feature a procession, visits with Santa and lighting of the holiday lights.
