Home renovation/remodeling debris requires a special collection or dumpster and needs to be arranged through Waste Management (WM). A site survey must be scheduled in advance by contacting WM at (800) 964-8988. Debris will need to be in plastic bags or 32 gallon containers weighing no more than 45 lbs. Bundles and carpeting must be tied, 4 ft. by 2 ft., and weigh no more than 45 lbs. A fee will be charged for collection.

Acceptable items include household construction debris from remodeling projects such as paneling, wood and drywall. Non-acceptable items include concrete, dirt, gravel, and rocks from large construction projects or improperly prepared items.
