Building Services Division

The Building Services Division is responsible for general maintenance and repairs, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc., of seven municipal facilities and two parking lots.  These municipal facilities include the Municipal Complex (Police and Fire Departments), Public Works, Village Hall, Metra Commuter Station, Senior Center, Police Impound Lot and Wheeling Cemetery.  Additional responsibilities include overseeing private vendors with work being performed and assisting other divisions with various projects.  The division is committed to ensuring that the facilities are safe, clean and attractive to visit and work.
