Solicitation and Peddling
It is unlawful for any person to engage in peddling or
solicitation within the Village of Wheeling without first
obtaining a permit issued by the Finance and Administration
Services at Village Hall. Residents and Businesses who
have a "No Solicitation or Peddling" or a "No
Trespassing" notice posted on or near their main door to
any structure should not be visited by solicitors.
"No Solicitor or Peddlers" Notices are available for
free at Village Hall.
If you are harassed by a solicitor or feel you are a victim
of unlawful solicitation, please contact the Police Department
immediately at 847-459-2632.
