a driveway, patio, and/or sidewalk Construction Permit from the
Village of Wheeling:
1.
Completed Application
for Construction Permit
2.
Plat of Survey.
3. Contractor's
estimate which clearly adheres to
Village specifications.

$28.50 Driveway, Patio and/or Sidewalk Permit
Fee.
5.
$1,000.00 Parkway Restoration Deposit
Note: We strongly suggest that the homeowner have their
contractor put up the parkway restoration deposit.This should
be a check made out to the Village of Wheeling which
will be held for 60 days or until the final inspection of the permitted
work is successfully completed.
Permits are not instantly approved and issued because
inspection is required prior to issuance of a permit. This
process may take 2 or more working days.
Engineering hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday.
