Annual Capital Improvement Projects
One of the primary responsibilities of the Engineering
Department is the administration of public improvements within
the Village. The Department prepares the 5-year Capital
Improvement Plan (CIP) and implements the plan by producing
designs, plans and specifications and managing/performing
construction inspections of capital improvement projects. The
CIP, updated on an annual basis, addresses the Village's
infrastructure needs. The CIP includes street, water system,
storm sewer system, sanitary sewer system, street lighting,
sidewalk, and/or other special projects.
