Statement of Plan Commission
Policy Regarding Incomplete Dockets
In order to ensure
that Plan Commissioners have the opportunity to be fully
prepared to consider all agenda items, applicants appearing
before the Village of Wheeling Plan Commission have been
informed and notified in the application materials that the
Commission will not consider action on any docket for which they
have not received all of the required materials. The Plan
Commission shall continue consideration of any item on its
agenda that is not, in the Plan Commission’s determination,
complete in all aspects or has not been submitted for Plan
Commission review a minimum of two weeks ahead of the time that
it is scheduled to appear on the agenda. All continued agenda
items may, at the Plan Commission’s discretion, be scheduled for
a future meeting if the applicant can assure the Commission that
missing materials will be submitted at the appropriate time.
