In an effort to improve the processing and delivery of crash reports, the Wheeling Police Department has contracted with LexisNexis to manage and distribute its crash reports online. To obtain a copy of a crash report, please go to the LexisNexis online resource to register for an account. You will be charged a minimal fee for an electronic copy of a crash report. The crash report is delivered in PDF format, please ensure that you have a copy of free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the report.

Crash reports can also be obtained in person Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Records Unit:
